Adam Dachis ?
We've seen Windows Phone 7 desktops before, which is stylistically similar to what Microsoft has us expecting in Windows 8, but when it's done this well it's worth repeating. Reader The Royal Rebel took Windows 7 and made it to look like Windows 8 with a few stylistic touches of his own.
Want to get this look for your own desktop? Here's what you'll need:
- Windows 7 (of course)
- This wallpaper
- Onimo 4 for Rainmeter
- Loop Clock for Rainmeter
- Suave icon set
- Zetro VS 1.1 Windows 7 theme
- Microsoft Metro Start Orbs
Do you have a great beautifully productive desktop of your own that you'd like to share? Go ahead and post it to the Lifehacker Desktop Show and Tell Flickr Group with a description of how you made it and it may be the next featured desktop.
