The answer is yes, you do need a list of subscribers in order to make your business a success. Once you have a website set up, you then need to think about building your list of subscribers. The more subscriber's you have on your list the more chances you have of your business being successful. I am sure you have heard the saying "the money is in the list." This is so true so start today and build your list of subscribers to ensure your business is a success.
Always give your subscribers something of value; everyone likes something for nothing. On your website make sure subscribers are directed to your landing page or lead capture page as it is often called. This is a very important page so make it catches the subscribers attention. This is the page where you should place an Opt in box, where you invite subscribers to leave their name and e-mail address. Encourage subscribers to leave their details in the Opt in box for a FREE gift be sure your gift is of some value. It is a good idea to add a video to this page also.
Once you have a list of subscribers you then need to arrange to send each of them regular e-mail updates. To send these individually takes time, so a more effective way is to use an Auto Responder. This can be purchased at a very reasonable price and will not break the bank.
If you have a very large list of subscribers the auto responder is a must. You are able to create you own messages and personalise each one with the correct subscribers name making it more personal. Once created you then have the choice of which day and time you would like your messages to be sent.
Be sure your messages are interesting and catch the subscriber's attention; offer something of value to encourage a subscriber to look further. Including a link back to your website is a good idea, but make sure you keep updating your website with new content on your blog for instance. People will soon get bored if they continually seeing the same thing.
Not all of your e-mails will be opened of course so obviously the bigger your list the more chances you have. Building a list of subscribers can take time so be patient just keep adding relevant content to your product even adding links to videos which you have created is a good idea.
The larger your list the more chances of success you have in building your business.
